Enterprises make dated, specific promises to investors. The systems of record describe what already happened; none of them carry the commitment down to the decisions that determine whether it holds. Logyc was built to close that gap.
Why it had to exist
What conventional systems do not preserve.
ERP, CRM, PLM, FP&A and BI each hold a necessary but partial view, and all of them look backward. What none of them holds is the commitment itself — what was promised, what has to remain true for it to hold, who owns each condition, and what it means when one of them moves. Without that, divergence is discovered in the quarter rather than in time to correct.
